Counselling and support sessions

If you are going through a difficult time or need somebody to talk to we offer individual counselling in a comfortable, confidential and holistic environment at Vidatherapy.

At times we can feel stuck in our lives and within our relationships. Choosing to start counselling is a recognition that someone may be able to help, instead of struggling to deal with the problem alone. Feeling down or overwhelmed, and reaching out for help takes courage, particularly as feelings of anxiety and apprehensive are very natural at this time.

Whether it’s relationship struggles, a loss in your life, anxiety, stress, feeling down or alone, coping with illness or wanting to make some changes in your life, counselling can offer relief and insight to help you find your own answers to these issues.

Anne Eady is a fully qualified integrative counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Anne offers counselling sessions for Individuals from 18+ with particular experience around relationship struggles, anxiety, stress, loss, loneliness and coping with illnesses, such as cancer.
