Training and Qualifications
As a massage therapist my aim is to provide overall relief (whether that be physical, emotional or both) with a massage that is tailored to each client and their individual needs. I adopt a holistic and therapeutic approach towards massaging my clients, and also use deep tissue work in order to treat chronic pain, particularly in the key areas of low back, neck and shoulder pain.
I believe that whilst a massage should be effective in relieving pain, it should also be a relaxing experience at the same time.
Lauren qualified in Holistic Massage Therapy, Anatomy and physiology at St Mary’s University, Twickenham. She has obtained an additional foundation qualification in Advanced Clinical Massage foundation course, techniques which includes deep tissue work and trigger point therapy, at Jing Advanced Massage and Training School.

Holistic Deep Tissue Massage
By attending to the whole person on a physical and emotional level I am able to focus on a range of areas. These include deep tissue muscle work, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, stretching and energy work to ease pain or discomfort and at the same time rebalance the mind and body connection.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
A therapeutic massage to address muscular aches and tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders. This includes deep and soft tissue work to release knots and tension.
This holistic approach to relieving feelings of stress introduces a fusion of techniques and aromas, using Aveda’s Stress-Fix aromatic blend, infused with organic French Lavender and Clary Sage with deep tissue work, acupressure, reflexology and hot towels to induce deep relaxation and release stress from the body.
