I specialise in deep tissue remedial massage, working slowly and targeting key areas to reduce tension and relieve pain. My focus is to lengthen muscle tissue that has become shortened, tightened and restricted from overuse either through physical training or general day-to-day stress. Each session is tailored to your individual needs whether it’s remedial, recovery or restorative, to ensure you get maximum benefit from the treatment.
Training and Qualifications
Her treatments include Trigger Point theory, Soft Tissue Release and Deep Tissue techniques, combining Eastern theories of body movement to complement Western understanding of Anatomy.

Indian Head Massage
This is a calming and sensory treatment, it helps to quieten the mind and relieve pressure that can build up in the head, neck and shoulders. It provides relief of congestion in the sinuses and any tension we may hold in our jaw. Whilst feeling lighter in our upper body, it can also help that mental fog to dissipate and improve our clarity of thought.

Myofascial Release massage
A whole body treatment, that recognises that tightness and restrictions in one area of the body can use compensatory patterns which affect the whole structure, resulting in postural changes, discomfort and lack of flexibility. Each session works on unwinding tight fascia in order to re-educate and bring about improved posture, flexibility and mobility
